It is surrounded by large (2.5 acres) gardens and olive grove with views of the surrounding hills. Free parking in the grounds. It is a short walk to the nearby medieval village. There are excellent local and reasonably priced restaurants.  Because of its excellent location, it is the perfect choice as a base to explore Florence, Siena, Tuscany and Umbria - and for a relaxing holiday in comfortable and elegant surroundings. You can be sure of privacy, peace and tranquility.
